About Us
Welcome to the website of The American
Civil Liberties Review. The American
Civil Liberties Review is
a constitutional law journal with an emphasis on current developments
relating to civil rights litigation and the enforcement of federally
protected rights. This publication is intended to provide a
useful resource to attorneys practicing constitutional litigation,
as well as thought-provoking reading for anyone interested in constitutional
issues. We welcome contributions from law students and practicing
attorneys alike, and choose submissions based on the relevance of the
subject matter and the quality of analysis, rather than the credentials
of the submitter. If you have a relevant article that you would
like to
submit or are interested in serving as an editor, please contact the
administrator at admin@cldg.org.
We hope that you find this publication interesting and informative, and
that you'll continue to visit the site as it develops.
