protected rights. This publication is intended to provide a
useful resource to attorneys practicing constitutional litigation,
as well as thought-provoking reading for anyone interested in constitutional
issues. We welcome contributions from law students and practicing
attorneys alike, and choose submissions based on the relevance of the
subject matter and the quality of analysis, rather than the credentials
