Civil Liberties Review is a publication of the Civil Liberties Defense Group,
a coalition of attorneys and other activists dedicated
to the advancement
of civil rights and civil liberties. This publication is focused on the
analysis of constitutional issues. It seeks to provide a
practical resource for attorneys involved in constitutional litigation
as well as an entertaining read for anyone interested in constitutional
